HANDS ON! Root veggies come into more use at this time of year., in soups, stews and roasted on tier own. They are chock full of good things for our diet, so why not use them? You will receive tips on doing so, in this hands on class featuring the foll0wing recipes: Honey and Orange Glazed Beets; Baked Sweet Potato Sticks; Tugboat Rutabagas or Turnips; Parsnips Au Gratin. Add some roots to your menus. Bring your apron, or they will also be furnished.
