HANDS ON!! Research has shown that following a Mediterranean style food plan reduces the risk of heart disease. The simple cooking of Mediterranean style uses less red meats, more fish, vegetables, whole grains and legumes, with a dash of olive oil and red wine! Join Lydia for a Sunday afternoon of hands-on cooking. Some of Lydia’s planned dishes are Mediterranean Style Tuna Salad with Olive Dressing; Mediterranean Quinoa Salad; and Mediterranean Pasta with Chicken and Feta. Learn how to enjoy a Mediterranean diet and the health benefits.
