Butter 2 tsp. 4 tsp.
Sliced carrots 3/4 cup 1 1/2 cups
Brown sugar 2 tsp. 4 tsp.
Prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. 1/2 tsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan or small skillet with a lid. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
