Ingredients
- 6 oz Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup Dairy sour cream
- 1/4 cup Cucumber chopped
- 1/4 cup Green pepper Chopped
- 1/2 Green onion green tops can be used too and the roots when washed
- Smidgeon Dried basil crushed
- Smidgeon Dried tarragon crushed
- 2 leaves Lettuce washed and blotted dry
- 8 strips Celery, carrot, green or sweet red pepper or unpeeled zucchini

Instructions
- In a bowl combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cucumber, green pepper, onion, basil, pepper, and tarragon. Serve cottage cheese mixture on lettuce-lined plates. Top with vegetable strips.
