- 6 oz Cottage Cheese [4]
- 1/4 cup Dairy sour cream [5]
- 1/4 cup Cucumber [6] chopped
- 1/4 cup Green pepper [7] Chopped
- 1/2 Green onion [8] green tops can be used too and the roots when washed
- Smidgeon Dried basil [9] crushed
- Smidgeon Dried tarragon [10] crushed
- 2 leaves Lettuce [11] washed and blotted dry
- 8 strips Celery, carrot, green or sweet red pepper or unpeeled zucchini [12]

Instructions
- In a bowl combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cucumber, green pepper, onion, basil, pepper, and tarragon. Serve cottage cheese mixture on lettuce-lined plates. Top with vegetable strips.
