Baked Chicken Breasts Supreme

BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS SUPREME
Diabetic ? Low fat

1 1/2 cups Plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Celery seed
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Pepper
8 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 cups Fine dry bread crumbs

In a large shallow dish, combine the first seven ingredients. Add chicken and turn to coat; cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove chicken from marinade; coat with crumbs. Arrange on an ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350? for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.

Yield: 8 servings
