1/2 cup Low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
1/2 cup Reduced-fat peanut butter
1/2 cup Crushed pineapple in juice, drained
12 (3-inch-long) Celery sticks
Combine cottage cheese and peanut butter in food processor. Blend until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Stuff celery sticks with mixture.
